Not actually from home this week, but LIVE from the newly reopened De Morgan exhibition at Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village

The Watts Gallery – Artists’ Village will reopen on Monday 3rd August. To celebrate, De Morgan Curator, Sarah Hardy, will give an online talk live from the gallery, on the De Morgan Gallery exhibition ‘Decoration or Devotion?’.

Sarah will cover topics such as William’s Islamic ceramic designs – including this beautiful ‘Fish and Petal Rice Dish’, Evelyn’s deeply symbolic paintings, and the couple’s own time spent at the Watts Gallery.

Please note: This is not a public talk. You cannot watch this talk live in the exhibition. The gallery will still be closed to the public whilst the talk is delivered, in order to keep everybody safe.
